Abstract
Recently, a key customer delegation from Malaysia visited Infore Environment to conduct an in-depth inspection and ensure the complete delivery of equipment. Both parties engaged in a comprehensive exchange regarding smart sanitation systems, the application of advanced energy technologies, and potential strategic collaborations for the future. Infore Environment officially handed over the industry’s first all-electric waste compactor vehicle to the Malaysian customer, showcasing a fully integrated, end-to-end sanitation solution that seamlessly combines traditional energy systems with cutting-edge innovations. The customer praised the efficiency of the upcoming sanitation equipment, and both sides reached a clear consensus on procuring additional units later on, as well as jointly pursuing further development initiatives.
The inspection schedule was concise and efficient, and the customer delegation gained a deep understanding of Infore Environment’s entire industry chain model and its robust technological expertise in sanitary equipment. Both parties engaged in an in-depth discussion about the current challenges facing sanitation operations in Malaysia.
As the world's largest single-brand manufacturer of sanitary equipment, Infore Environment’s advanced environmental protection concept, robust R&D capabilities, and comprehensive service system have deeply impressed the delegation, laying a solid foundation for even deeper collaboration in the future.
In the Infore Environment vehicle demonstration session, the focus was on showcasing premium products such as fully electric waste compactor vehicles, cleaning vehicles, wash-and-sweep machines, autonomous unmanned street-sweeping robots, and emergency vacuum vehicles—products that drew significant interest from customer representatives. The superior efficiency and real-world operational capabilities of the various all-electric sanitation equipment became the central topic of discussion, allowing the delegation to engage in in-depth exchanges with Infore’s environmental technology team about key technical details, including consumption control mechanisms.
The main focus of this inspection was the delivery and on-site testing of Infore Environment's 18-ton pure-electric waste compactor, which marks the debut of Malaysia's first new-energy sanitation equipment. Featuring robust load-bearing capacity, exceptional operational efficiency, and rapid loading times, this innovative machine also boasts a highly adaptable four-link mechanism tailored to accommodate regional bin variations. After hands-on test drives and personal use, customers expressed "extreme satisfaction" with the performance of this pioneering pure-electric waste compactor unit.
Reports indicate that the equipment will arrive in Malaysia around mid-June and will be officially deployed after completing localized language testing, ensuring seamless collaboration for follow-up monitoring. Meanwhile, Infore Environment has simultaneously been promoting the establishment of overseas service systems, including training technical teams and developing customized models. This collaboration sets a benchmark for Infore Environment’s export of new energy equipment to Southeast Asia, not only showcasing the international competitiveness of China’s cutting-edge energy technology but also providing a replicable solution for driving the region’s sanitation industry toward a low-carbon transition. Moving forward, this initiative will further strengthen the company’s partnerships with Thailand, Singapore, and other neighboring countries, as regional cooperation continues to deepen.
Over the past few years, Infore Environment has continuously deepened its global expansion, with the company’s products now exported to more than 60 countries and regions, including Europe, Southeast Asia, the Americas, and Africa. Additionally, over 210,000 units of its equipment are operating reliably across the globe.
Fu Qu, Executive Vice President of Infore Environment, said, "We are honored to collaborate with our Malaysian partners on this significant milestone in advancing a new era of energy-efficient sanitation solutions. The delivery of the first batch of all-electric waste compactor vehicles marks the beginning of a strong partnership between our two organizations. Infore Environment remains committed to delivering cutting-edge equipment that is not only highly efficient and reliable but also designed to minimize carbon emissions, along with comprehensive lifecycle services. Together, we will empower cities around the world to embrace greener sanitation practices, safeguarding our shared global home through innovative science and technology."
